Red Hat, makers of the popular Red Hat Linux operating system, asked The Iconfactory to design a unique look and feel to co-ordinate with a complete UI overhaul for their version 7.0 release. This included the icons themselves as well as a guide to their creation for third party designers. The client wanted a professional and technical approach that could be uniquely identifiable as “Red Hat” as their presence expands in the marketplace.
